At Agents of Change, we’re driven by a passion to bring hope and support to those in need. Our primary focus is on education, but not just any education. We believe in advocating for true, holistic education that goes beyond academics. We envision an education system that empowers individuals to discover their life purpose, cultivate their passions, and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to drive positive change in the world. We believe that education should be a transformative experience that not only prepares individuals for their careers but also inspires them to give back to their communities in meaningful ways.

What We Do

— Online Programs
× Spotlight Series Program:
-It’s a platform where we invite inspiring guest speakers to share their experiences, wisdom and insights with us. The goal is to empower ourselves, grow and become better Agents of Change. This will take place on the 2nd Sunday of every month.
× Mental Health Revival:
– This is an initiative under Agents of Change Organization aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering a supportive environment for individuals to openly discuss their mental health struggles and triumphs. Our goal is to create a community that prioritizes mental well-being, encourages open conversations, and provides resources for individuals to manage their mental health.
– This will take place on the 4th Sunday of every month, where we will host mental health talks and discussions with expert guests.

— Bright Futures Fund Project
– The goal is to provide bursaries to students in need (fees, school items, upkeep, uniforms, school bags, development funds etc).
– We envision a world where every learner has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their financial circumstances.

— Village Visitations
Under Purpose Driven Youth Project
– Guided by our faith and commitment to serving others, Agents of Change Organization will embark on village visitations to reach out to community members, particularly out-of-school children who are supposed to be in school. Our team will engage with these children, providing them with information, support, and guidance rooted in Christian values.
– Through these visitations, we aim to empower these young minds and equip them with the knowledge, resources, and spiritual foundation they need to thrive. By bridging the gap between our organization and the community, we hope to create a brighter future for these children, inspire positive change in their lives, and share God’s love with them.

— School Visitations
Under Purpose Driven Youth Project
– As part of our mission to empower the next generation and fulfill our purpose as a faith-based organization, Agents of Change Organization will be visiting partner schools to conduct environment session programs and introduce Purpose Driven Youth Clubs. These clubs will provide students with a platform to develop essential life skills, build confidence, and cultivate a sense of purpose, all while exploring their faith and relationship with God.
– Through a specially designed course, students will be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and spiritual guidance they need to make a positive impact in their communities and live out their faith with purpose. Upon completion of the program, students will receive certificates, recognizing their participation and commitment to being purpose-driven individuals.

— Summary Empowerment & Learning Program
– The Agents of Change Summer Academy is an after-school program designed for students to grow in their faith, leadership, and community impact. As a faith-based organization, we aim to empower young people with the skills, knowledge, and spiritual foundation necessary to drive positive change in their communities.
– The program combines learning sessions, interactive workshops, and community engagement activities to foster spiritual growth, leadership development, and social responsibility. Participants will explore their God-given potential, develop their passions, and gain the confidence to make a lasting impact in their world.
Through this program, we seek to equip students with:
• A strong faith foundation rooted in Christian values
• Essential life skills and leadership development
• A sense of purpose and social responsibility
• Opportunities for community engagement and service
– By investing in the next generation of leaders, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive change in our communities, reflecting God’s love and values.

— Agents Of Change Mentorship Program
× Empowering the Next Generation
– The Agents of Change Mentorship Program is designed to provide guidance and support to students after high school or secondary school. Our program aims to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to navigate the next stage of their lives.
– Through mentorship, we will help students explore their passions, set goals, and make informed decisions about their future.
× Bridging the Gap for Public University Aspirants
– We recognize that many deserving students in Malawi are left out of public universities due to limited space. The Agents of Change Mentorship Program seeks to bridge this gap by providing mentorship support and hope to these students.
– Our program will help them explore alternative opportunities, such as recognized private universities or scholarships, and guide them through the application process. By doing so, we aim to empower these students to stay focused, motivated, and committed to their educational pursuits, even in the face of challenges.
Impact Stories
Empowering Young Minds Through Collaboration!
On May 28th, 2025, I had the privilege of visiting the primary school (Njolomole Primary School, Ntcheu, Malawi) where our Bright Futures Fund Project is supporting a student, Brian Shupa.
During my visit, we met with the school’s head teacher and Brian’s class teacher to discuss our collaboration and project progress. Our discussion centered around key aspects of our organization and project, grateful for the opportunity to work together towards a common goal.
